Shipping
- Made to order. Each piece is printed when you order.

Typical delivery windows:
- USA/EU facilities: 5–10 business days to your door.
- Global facilities: 10–21 business days to your door.
- You’ll receive tracking when your item ships. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Most items are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
We’re reasonable about real issues:
- Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item? Email will@sanquilly.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll reprint or refund after review.
- Lost in transit? If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate and replace if the carrier confirms loss.
- Wrong address / unclaimed: If an order returns due to an invalid address or being unclaimed, we can reship once the reship fee is paid.
Cancellations & Edits
Orders move to production quickly. You have a 2-hour window after purchase for address or size edits. After production starts, cancellation isn’t possible. Please reach out to will@sanquilly.com promptly if you have any questions or concerns with your order.
